SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All packages shipped from Vancouver,  B.C. using, but not limited to, Canada Post, eShipper, Postess, FedEx or UPS.

 

 

Canadian Mail

Packages shipped via a Canada postal service and are shipped without insurance or tracking. Once a package has left our offices, liability for successful shipment is assumed by the shipping service provider and or the customer. Reel Premium Line assumes no responsibility for delay or loss of your package within the system. We are unable to issue replacements or refunds for items lost in this manner. Any complaints or claims should be filed with the shipping service provider.

 

If you would like to pay extra for your shipping, Reel Premium Line  add insurance and or tacking. In case of a damaged package, Reel Premium Line  will not incur the costs and ship out a new package.

International Mail

Packages shipped international are shipped "as is" without insurance or tracking. Once a package has left our offices, liability for successful shipment is assumed by the Canadian postal service, your country's local postal service or the customer. Reel Premium Line assumes no responsibility for the delay or loss of your package. We are unable to issue replacements or refunds for items lost in this manner. Any complaints or claims should be filed with your local postal provider.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Customers who chose a shipping option without insurance when a shipping option insurance is available to them (via email request and upon payment) represents your recognition of the inherent risks of these shipping methods. As such, you agree to waive your right to claim non-arrival in the event that a delivery does not reach its destination.

CUSTOMS DUTY AND TAXES

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customers are responsible for understanding the importation regulations of the shipping address they specify on their order. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These charges must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Incorrect Address or Failure to Pick Up

If the information provided by the buyer is incorrect the responsibility is on the buyer. If the buyer did not purchase insurance, the buyer is deemed responsible for the added shipping costs. Reel Premium Line  will not incur any of the responsibility unless the shipping error is done at the head office at Reel Premium Line . Reel Premium Line 's shipping prices are changed based on the fees of Canadian postal services. Reel Premium Line  does not have control over current or changing shipping prices.

If a package was taken from you home, Reel Premium Line  is not responsible for replacing it.

If any postal service used takes your parcel to a local office for pickup, and it is not retrieved, Reel Premium Line  is not responsible.

Website Return Policy

At Reel Premium Line we believe you should be happy with your website purchase. If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect and want a replacement, email us at reel.premium.line@gmail.com with your name, purchase date, item description, address, photo and reason for returning the product. We will accept your return or exchange within 30 days of the product being delivered at the shipping address you provided. We reserve the right to deny any returns that we do not deem manufacturing defects. Please read above and below for restrictions and shipping policies.

Return Shipping Cost and Responsibility

For defective items or if we shipped you the wrong item, we will pay for shipping. For exchanges based on satisfaction or in the case the incorrect size/color was ordered, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.
